Have a quick question about 'waist'....where exactly is that? I've seen others measure waist and belly button.....and for me those are the same. So where is this waist we're measuring?0

per challenge from a friend: I'm not allowed to measure until Friday (she dared me to try this site and bunch of other stuff she suggested for 2 weeks without measuring or weighing). So I'll post my measurements then. I'll only have done the dvd for a day at that point so it'll be close to starting0

I don't have anything to measure myself with lol as silly as that sounds...usually i just go by weight and how my clothing fits.

I always put on weight for a period of time; then i always try to lose weight for another period, i lose some very hardly. Then it starts again; 6months on my diet , 3 months eating everything. I fed up. I just want to lose some weight and then stay there....
