Could be anything, are you drinking enough water, staying within your calorie limits? Don't get discouraged, just keep pushing thru. I bet in a few days you'll be right back down. Just make sure you are getting plenty of water.0 -

Thanks!! It is so frustrating!! I'm drinking about 2 bottles of water a day. Probably need to bump it to 4!! I also have gone over my calorie intake a couple of days but not too much.
