Last Week: 209 Current Weight: 205 -4 pounds!! I'm going to look into the TDEE thing I've been seeing on the boards. Maybe I just need to eat more than 1200 a day. I've lost more the past two weeks with a couple of "off" days than when I stick to the 1200 cals a day. Hoping it sticks for next week and I don't see a gain!

Good Friday Morning All! Down 1.2, to 211.6 this week. I am very happy considering I blew the last two days and am NOT going to think about what it would have been if I stayed on track! Ok, I will a little, of course, but won't let it get me down. Looks like I won't make my goal, but still going to try! On to the next week!

Sorry, took me forever to find the new thread, I didn't realize the old one was closed and couldn't figure out why my post wouldn't "post". CW: 214, down 2! Getting over pneumonia and strep, so I'm going to work really hard to keep the loss!

Sorry for my absence - my grandpa passed away last week, so I have not been on here as much as I like to be. 9/28: 219.2 10/5: 217.6 Not hitting the 1.9 that was my goal, but going to keep chugging along!!

That is awesome!! I have been getting up early as well and while I don't like getting up early...at all...I really love having it done and feeling free for the rest of the day. Anything more I do is just extra and that feels so good!
