You have already admitted that it would be easier to start that way and you will notice more weight loss and more energy if you change your diet.   • If you want to lose the extra calories, use a lettuce leaf instead of the wrap. You can have extra filling or even two and still not have as many calories. I am going to have to try the Turkey, tomatoes and cilantro. That sounds yummy!
  • P90x is awesome, but can be a little intense. I suggest starting out slower than there plans, unless of course you already excersize on a regular basis. Then of course go hard and enjoy.
  • That's my plan too! I am currently 160 and am hoping to reach 140 by mid June. My plan is to take it slow so I don't regain all my weight like the last time.
