In a morning smoothie; 100% whey protein powder. Water 1 banana chia seeds goji berries frozen berries. During the week; Avocados Fish Chicken Cherry tomatoes & red onion Rocket/spinach lettuce mix Lebanese bread Plain Greek yoghurt All bran & skimmed milk All washed down with a nice shiraz & a few beers!!lol
