that's very exciting! good luck to you! Does anyone else have a goal they are working towards or a special event?? I'm leaving for officer training for the Navy (I'll be a nurse) on July 15th so I'm combining this with some running too :). Maybe some extra push-ups and sit ups also to get me in tip top shape!

I do Ab Ripper first otherwise I'm so worn out at the end (especially with legs and back). MommyH- I think you would be fine doing both. So, pretty sure I almost fell flat on my face trying to do one-arm pushups. Needless to say, I went to my knees (even that was sooooo hard. I think I did MAYBE 4). Start of week 6 for me!

I do my workouts at night. I usually have to babysit at 5:30 so there's no way I'm getting up before that (that would be near impossible). I am on Week 3, Day 5. I have legs and back tonight which is always a toughie. I'm following my own diet plan as well. I don't eat meat and don't eat a lot of dairy (or very rarely do) so trying to incorporate more protein into my diet has been a challenge.
