Thanks, Chelle! As always, you are very inspirational. When I grow up, I want to be just like the girls who lift heavy!

QFT! Eggs are not only a perfect protein, they are a perfect food period. I wholeheartedly agree, you aren't going to get fat eating eggs and what you are "throwing" out is not worth the calorie deficit. Eat an egg. Add an egg white or two if you need to. Eggs are good for you. The fat is really good for you. My go-to…

And a side of warm and fuzzies with my popcorn!

Who has popcorn?

No. Double FAIL. Your *kitten* is not even close to being as stupid as other *kitten* on MFP and not funny? I would certainly pack up my prescription and head home. Seriously. No one is laughing here. Well, some people aren't.

Trader Joe's Organic Spaghetti Sauce with mushrooms is hands down the best spaghetti sauce I have ever had. No added sugar, lower in calories and just plain delicious. I used to make my own, but what is the point when i can buy this and it is even better. Seriously, try it.

I honestly don't know how you do it. Maybe it is the phentermine. Is one of the side effects the ability to say the same thing over and over again and then when you get really really frustrated and it shows have the tolerance to be criticized for it? Personally, I really liked your bi-lingual response. Certainly creative.

HA! I would take beet juice over beaver butt any day!!! You are a HOOT! Thank you. EDIT: just watched the video. Love it. Beaver butt, indeed!

Why would anyone assume a weight watchers bar is healthy? Or anything labeled "healthy." I mean, WTF does healthy mean? Now give me something that is, just per se, labeled 5 ingredients or less and all of which you can pronounce and I may assume it is healthy. Ok, get rid of the 5 or less. Just give me something labeled…
I am quite sure you do. And who doesn't admire a freezer full of ice cream? Seriously
I admire it and envy it, ive only got five different kinds in my freezer (gotta have room for all that chicken breast.) Makes me wonder if I'm missing out by being anti skinny cow. Is that stuff even real ice cream?…
I am not interested in quibbling over how much or how little sugar people eat or don't eat - moderation or not. Nor am I the guy who logged a quarter cup of ice cream - for real, I didn't make that up. You want to step up about how much sugar you eat, feel free - be loud and proud. Like I said, I don't really give…

Well, wise, that is questionable! I just try not to judge others - I am not always successful there either. And my characterization of folks here on the thread was a bit tongue and cheek. The thing about long term is, it is long term! It is kind of hard to know what your response will be until you get there. And how risky…

I actually can't believe the OP is still bothering with this thread. OP: I am taking phen. Have taken it before. Really effective and works for me and my lifestyle. Somewhat concerned because Dr. says I will need it long-term b/c of PCOS yada, yada. Does anyone know anything about taking phen long term? Response: Awful,…

Ahhhh, pretty much asked. And answered. Yes, it does happen to other people. Whether it is in their heads, on the patio, fast food or sugar. It happens to the OP and a host of others.

No, not really. I choose what goes in my mouth. Cookies vs Wine. Wine wins, every time. There is nothing inconsistent about that in my mind.

I slice Trader Joes 60 cal toast. I microwaved poached egg. I slice Kirkland ham, I slice reduced cal alpine swiss. 210 delicious calories. Often x2.
-
LOVE PB2 - I don't mix mine with water, I use coconut cream @10 cal per T and it is great! On toast (with bacon - yes) and for sauces.
-
I don't eat sugar. So I have enough calories for wine. Nothing inconsistent about that.

Let the refutation ensue... Frankly and in all honesty, I don't give a **** what other people eat. Have ice cream for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good for you. Sugar rocks your world and you are proud of that...Rock away... And I am sorry if I let the cat out of the bag...
-
What I find most amusing about the the sugar threads and the sugar thread addicts is looking at people's diaries. With the exception of the chick who eats candy for breakfast, the vast majority of the people who refute sugar is a problem, aren't actually eating it. Oh, I know there is the occasional small piece of candy,…

To be frank, I am not huge into alternative medicine, but in this case, I would be. I would be looking at Chinese medicine and acupuncture or other practitioners. I think traditional medicine just has no space for something so fundamentally, well, wrong. Good luck.

Well, if this is just the first "but, Mom, they get (fill in the blank)" then get used to it. It only gets more frequent and more absurd. The last one I heard referred to an iPhone. Only in my son's dreams. What other people choose to (fill in the blank) isn't our business. In our family we (fill in the blank). The bigger…

And I believe that there are a bunch of studies that show that FASTING is superior for controlling blood sugar. Stop. Now. Please. I love lunchmeat.

NFW! We do not all agree! This MFP, girls. We do not, I repeat, do not all agree on anything. Especially, that if it works, it works! Kind of refreshing. Edit: RML didn't agree. I knew it was too good to be true.
-
Ummmm, it says what is says. If you don't agree with that statement, cool. Geez, I actually thought I was being pretty chill in my comments to you, so if I offended, that was not my intention. Again, best of luck.
-
Amen, sistah! The best diet is the one you can stick with.
-
No, Holly. Some of us limit or eliminate certain things in our diet because they are bad for our diet plan. Whether they are bad for my health is not the point...they are bad for my successfully controlling "calories in" and ultimately, for my weight loss or maintenance. I don't need a doctor of nutritionist to support…
