  • +1! Ignore the comment, you're the one who's putting in the effort and will reap the rewards. Pounds are pounds, as has been said above. I made a comeback to the gym and healthier eating around 10 days ago, and have lost 5lbs since then; water or fat, it's progress either way you look at it :)

  • Hey and welcome! :) Everybody has to make a start, and sometimes it isn't the easiest of things to do. I wasn't exactly the most open to the idea to my latest attempt recently, but it WILL be worth it. The feeling you have a few months down the line will make you realise this.
