I didn't initially, and that was good because I got pregnant. But the weight shifted post pregnancy so some larger items still don't fit right. I plan to toss as I lose this time around. No turning back!

I will be starting round 2 tomorrow. I could really use an accountability partner. Did 60 d of p90 x before I got pregnant. I miss my body!

Hi all, I was on a roll a few years ago and lost 45 lbs. . . . Then I had my son and the weight crept back up. I'd like to lose around 55 to get to what I believe my ideal should be for me. I have. Better understanding of what works for me, and if anyone needs additional support in figuring it out, please contact me :)

Glad to see everyone sticking to it. Keep up the good work. I have been a little less enthused to try the yoga x based on the comments here. but Reepobob has given me the insight to try it for myself. i'll do it this evening n let u know. If i don't like it, i'm more than willing to trade it in for a bikram yoga session…

Just finished shoulders and arms. felt great! really wanted to take a nap when i got home, but my body's thanking me for the workout. I can't find my Polar HRM. will hunt for it this weekend. Has anyone tried any of the vega shakes for recovery?

first thing in the morning I drink 32 oz of h2o with 1/2 a lemon squeezed in it. then I carry 2 voss water bottles around to get in the last 6 cups. I occasionally drink tea on top of that, but i rarely sweeten it anyway. I don't use the crystal lite type things because I can't stand the aspartame taste.

That's because that one tastes nasty. try it directly from a coconut, or there's a brand at some asian supermarkets that have the juice frozen. Make sure it doesn't have added sugar. The frozen one tastes like you just cracked a coconut open. :)
