I don't track while on vacation. I also allow myself to indulge. And 9 out of 10 times I come back "skinnier" than when I left. Most likely due to all of my walking and being in a relaxed environment.

Someone that I know was on this "cleansing" diet. No idea what the name is. But not only was she on a restricted liquid diet, but she also had to use enemas and suppositories once (possibly twice) a day. WTH? :o

I am out of the house by 7:00 taking my kids to school then off to work. Work is technically from 9-6 but we are usually here until later. As of now I am taking two late night Kickboxing classes which start at 9:15-10:15. I'm in bed by 11PM. So far this has been working for me.

I am one of those - I hate exercise - folks. Know that you are not alone. However, I did discover something that I love doing. Kickboxing. Maybe you just haven't found the right thing for you yet.

I love salt too! I keep sea salt at my desk and sometimes pour it into my hand as well for that kick. I've done the same thing with soy sauce. I even put salt on my pizza. My blood pressure is very low so I have always thought that maybe it's my body trying to compensate.

I usually indulge for lunch. I'll have anything really, Cuban food, Turkish, Thai, Japanese, etc. But I'll split it in half. So my first portion will be around 1 and the last portion at 4:40ish. Then for dinner I'll have something very light. I'm a huge fan of sauteed Spinach on 100 calorie bread and hot sauce. I'll be…

I have a Pret right next to my office so I usually get either breakfast or lunch from there. Well their tuna sandwich is 510 calories. That might not seem like THAT many calories, but it is not even a HUGE sandwich. So within the hour I am hungry. But I'm really into tuna lately so I'll have it regardless.
