  • Week 1 Goals 1: Workout at least 5 days this week 2: Get my diet back on track. No more snacking in between meals.
  • Are you keeping track of the foods you eat and how many calories? If not you may be eating more calories than you think you are. Also, since you don't have a lot to lose it's going to take longer to see a change.
  • I've read somewhere that if you have trouble with your wrists during push-ups that you can use a dumbbell so the pressure isn't on your wrist. I would imagine that's the same principal.
