  • I'd like to join if there is still room. My goal for the challenge is 12 lbs.
  • I'd like to join in if there is still time/room.
  • I'm still waiting to get mine. They shipped it to my old address for some reason, and apparently tried to deliver it 3 times before I found out and by then they'd already returned it to shipper. Now I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get it back.
  • I'd like to join too if I can :)
  • I want to join please :)
  • That sounds good. I am going to be starting over at Week 1 tomorrow. How were your results with the first round you did UndremtPoem?
  • I believe it is something that has to be entered manually.
  • Right now I have it set for Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fiber, and Sodium. The sodium is a big one for me because a couple weeks ago I shot up about 5 or 6 lbs just from eating tortilla chips and cheese dip that has a ton of sodium two nights in a row.
  • I'm Brittany, I live in Kentucky. I am a mom of two little girls (6 and 17 months). After I had my youngest daughter I became a stay at home mom. Since I was stuck in the house a lot more I ended up gaining weight. I decided to do something about it last January and did really good until I hit about 30 lbs lost then I just…
  • I ordered it a few days ago and am supposed to be getting it in tomorrow. Plan on starting right away.
  • I would love to join in. I'm a stay at home mom. I have a 6 year old little girl and a 17 month old little girl. I gained a little extra weight after my first daughter, but never felt motivated to lose it. Then, after my second daughter was born and I started staying home, I got up to about 160 lbs. Since around January…
  • Thank you guys. Seeing your comments made my morning today.
  • Thanks. I did Insanity once. I actually did 30 Day Shred before I did running and I think it helped me a lot. Insanity is definitely tough, but it's a lot mental, just not letting yourself quit.
  • You replace one meal a day with Shakeology, check in each day, do some form of exercise at least 30 min. each day of the challenge. There is a $25 cost if you want to buy just a 5 day supply of Shakeology unless you already have it.
  • I would say it depends. If it's something that isn't included in your activity setting (sedentary, active, etc.) and it's something quite a bit more than what you normally do, then go ahead. For example, I sometimes add in mowing the yard because it's not included in my regular activity level and is quite a bit of extra…
  • Wow, awesome job. And also, I love the shirt in the second pic.
  • 1. I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 2 years and we have two beautiful little girls. 2. We just moved into our first house and are excited about fixing it up and making it ours. 3. I have two tattoos. One that I wanted since I was in high school and got almost as soon as I got to college, and one that…
  • Alright everyone, here is my public confession. If everyone knows, then maybe everyone can keep on top of me to make the right choices. I've been doing terribly lately. I was so stressed out about getting ready to move, then I was stressed out about cleaning and getting everything unpacked. We went out to eat a lot because…
  • I have two sisters that are 14 and 19 (13.5 and 8 year difference) I also have a 10 year old brother. My husband has two brothers that are 10 and 11 (19 and 18 year old difference) lol, we know all about the big age gaps :D
  • Still on my to-do list: I still need to go school shopping for my oldest daughter (supplies and clothes) We need to get this house unpacked and cleaned up. I need to find a job for when my husband and daughter start back to school (husband's a teacher). I would really like to go to an amusement park sometime before it gets…
  • Congrats to us, and a big congrats to the Pink Team and bikermum82, TwinMom12409, and my partner Claeysm. I'm planning on being able to do a lot better this week now that we are moved in and not going out of town, so this week Blue Team is going to be the big winners.
  • Alright, I am soooooo behind on everything. I'm so sorry, I had no idea I would have so much going on this week and such little opportunity to get on the computer. Friday's QOTD: Who has been the most inspirational/motivating person to you since you started trying to improve your health and why? The most motivating person…
  • I'm still around, I haven't been able to check in because we were in the middle of a move and unexpectedly had no internet for awhile. I'm going to go through and read what I've missed and check in later today. Hope everyone's having a good week so far.
  • I want to join. Height: 5'3" Weight: 133 lbs. 12 Week Goal: 10 lbs.
  • Did Day 2 yesterday and already have Day 3 down.
  • I am really looking forward to being able to feel more comfortable. Right now I feel so self conscious every time we go out somewhere and I usually just wear one of my husband's baggy t-shirts with jeans so I don't bring any attention to myself. I hate when the kids want to go swimming and the whole family is in the pool…
  • I'm in. I just did one to get the challenge started.
  • You look great...keep up the awesome work!!!
  • Shannon, how are you doing so far this week? I'm not doing super great. (Not terrible, but could certainly be doing better) I promise from this point forward, I'm going to be on my best behavior. My sister came in yesterday and my biggest problem is the social aspect of food. I love to eat good food with other people. Now…
