I'm having another bad week this week, ugh. We had a lot of family visits this past week and ended up going out to eat a lot. Now that they are gone I'm really hoping to get back on track and start losing again. I'm so close to my goal of 140 by April 22nd.

Does the handheld kind seem to be very accurate or at least not jump around a lot? We used to use those at a gym I worked at, but that was a different town and I don't have access to it anymore.

Yeah, I don't really want to spend a lot of money to find out. I'd rather have something I could use regularly to see some progress. I haven't thought about the gym idea though. Maybe I could see about that. Thank you.

I have such a hard time noticing any change looking in the mirror. I probably won't really notice much change until I'm close to my goal weight.

Today's Weight: 142.8 Only lost .8 this week but trying to not let it get me down. I've had a few weeks with losing a little more than I'm "supposed to" so I knew it would slow down at some point. Plus, I've had a bad week for not exercising and watching what I'm eating as well.
