I'm finally starting to lose weight again thank goodness. Hopefully next week will show a better weigh in. Good job everyone so far for sticking with it.

Weighed 136.6 this morning. Makes my total loss so far 5.4 lbs with 4.6 lbs left to go. It looks like my weight may finally be starting to go down again so I may actually make my 10 lb goal by the end of this month.

I haven't taken them (outside of being pregnant) but I have heard the same thing. I actually was going to start taking some I had left over to see if they made me feel/look better but they are "expired" so I'm just going to go buy more or a multi-vitamin I think. I'm getting ready to start month 2 of Insanity and apparently that's when a lot of people have seen the most results (here's hoping) I also am really going to try concentrating more on my diet and adding in more protein each day.

I lost .8 lbs this week, so 6.2 lbs left. This was a bad weekend for my eating, so I kind of expected not to lose a lot.

I was 139.6 this morning, so up 1 lb. It sucks, but I guess better than I thought it would be because I just kind of had an Easter weekend free for all on my diet. Today was a better day though, and hopefully the rest of the week will be even better.

Down .6 lbs so I still have 7 lbs left. I've had a bad couple of days due to starting a new job and being sick yesterday. I'm hoping to get back on track today, so hopefully next week will be better.

138.6 again this week. I was making great progress...then all of a sudden nothing.

I do the same thing. Somehow I always forget about the good, fresh stuff until it's too late. I finally ended up putting a small dry erase board on our refrigerator door and when I buy anything like that I write it on the board, then when I'm out I can just erase it. So far I'm not forgetting things as much.

Congratulations!! Yesterday I got on the scale to while holding my almost 11 month old to see how much she weighs. It was a real eye opener when the scale read back exactly what I used to weigh before trying to lose weight. Keep up the great work.

How is everyone doing so far this week? I hurt myself Sunday, so I'm hoping I can jump back into my workouts this week and not lose any progress.

Ugh. Only down .2 lbs today so 7.6 lbs to go. I had some late night chips and cheese dips so I think a lot of it may be water retention because I was down to 138 Saturday morning.
