  • I have the FT4 and noticed the same thing.. If I used an elliptical at high resistance, my burn was higher than MFP calculated. For 30ds it was lower.
  • I feel like I'm always in between sizes, I hate clothes shopping! Just recently the path from 14 to 12 felt like there should have been 2 more sizes in between! Anything that fits my waist perfect is baggy in the legs and forget about skinny jeans ever buttoning..
  • I recently purchased the Zip and love it. I think they're great for determining your true activity level.. Day two of wearing mine I realized I was much less active than I thought so I find it very motivating and it keeps me moving to avoid the negative calorie adjustment at the end of the day :)
  • I saw complaints about the writing in reviews but mine are only slightly faded after 6 months of use, maybe it depends on what you're cleaning them with.
  • I have the EatSmart Precision Pro scale, it's basic and easy to use... http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Kitchen-Silver/dp/B001N07KUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1375600580&sr=8-1&keywords=eatsmart+food+scale
  • I've lost right around 100lbs and feel the same way... I'm surrounded by people that have quick loses from fad diets so I feel like losing weight slowly, for me it's been over a couple years, isn't something I can feel proud of. I'm more critical of my body now, less comfortable in it I guess... I'm glad to hear that…
  • Stay at home mom, my daughter is 4.5 :)
