I'm still plugging away too! Am at work at the moment, but week 3 day 2 beckons later on. I'm still enjoying it so much, and love the sense of achievement after each run. I'm so glad I started.

I've just started today. I weigh 223lbs at the moment, but that's 129lbs down from my starting weight so I'm feeling good and wanting to get fit. I found it okay today, it pushed me, but not as much as I had expected it to. I'm looking forward to see how I get on with it! Feel free to add me x

I started with nearly 200lbs to lose, I just focused on each 7lbs rather than the total as it was too overwhelming. I'm getting there :)

Just ignore the calories if you're doing SW. The plan does the work for you.

Hiya! I'm an exiled Essex girl :) Lived in Essex and East London most of my life but then moved up to the Norfolk coast 10 years ago. I'm in Great Yarmouth now, and work in Norwich. Feel free to add me!

I use aspartame based sweeteners in coffee and tea, drink diet fizzies occasionally and have fat free yogurts which very often contain aspartame too. I also use it in cooking. So far it's not made me hungrier, and I've lost coming up for 9st since June last year.

I'm only using MFP as a diary, and pretty much ignoring the calorie intake as the SW plan works for me completely - so I don't worry about the calories I'm eating. So far in one year and one week I've lost 8½st so I'm doing okay :)

I work nights every 4th week, as my shifts change about. I just class my day from when I get up to when I go to bed. I normally have a large meal before work, and then another meal whilst I'm there with plenty of snacks whilst I'm there too.
