Clothes, clothes, clothes! Nothing better than wearing something from a shop you wouldn't have even gone inside a few years ago because you just assumed nothing would fit :D

I haven't allowed myself to buy Bourbon biscuits in over a year! Cereal (of any kind) can also lead to disasters but I still get it from time to time.

I've been playing for a year and still have a clue what's going on half the time haha! I do know that it's a good workout though :) What position are you playing? I'm normally a flanker

Try intervals? I do 3 minutes at a fast but comfortable pace then 30 seconds as fast as I physically can and repeat. It really gets my heart rate up

Last summer I went 6 weeks without a rest day but I've got absolutely no idea how and wouldn't advise it either! I hate taking rests but week I'm going to have 2 days where I just do a body balance/easy yoga class to give myself a break. But I'm a student on my summer holidays so I don't need energy for work etc :)

My scales showed a loss from day one but it's taken a month and 5kg to see/feel even the tiniest difference. I felt huge today but my gym buddy said my thighs were smaller. Just depends how things work in your mind!

I was more out of breath/sweaty at the end of the 3 minute routine at my last competition than I am after playing an 80 minute rugby match. It's a sport.

5"9 my short term aim is 143 and then I'll reassess the situation. Hopefully it'll be enough since my legs are mainly muscle!

In Portugal it used to be common to serve black coffee with a stick of cinnamon. Now that I'm back in England I seriously miss cinnamon on everything.
