I really like the CleanseSmart cleanse. They have a 30 day and a 7 day cleanse. It consists of taking 2 pills in the am and 2 in the pm, as well as taking some fiber pills. I don't have that type... my personal opinion is that i'm not sure as to how safe they would be for your eye health. I've worn contacts for the last 20 yrs off and on, usually with daily wear. I had to cut back as my eyes showed signs of fatigue etc from over use. If you can i would recommend discussing with your optician…

Like the others said... keep kicking it up. Try new things and see what you enjoy, and don't let the numbers on the scale deter you. It truly is a matter of how your clothes are fitting because as you work out you will be turning fat to muscle and muscle weighs more ;)

If you have some weights at home put a set amount on your scale (20 lbs-50 lbs) This should tell you if there is a discrepancy or not. I did it with my old digital scale and found that it was out by about 2 lbs or so, but that my wii board (which is used in a carpeted room) was bang on.
