Good Morning! I just saw your post and I also need to loose 30-40 lbs. I also live in small community in Ontario but quite a bit more north, Temiskaming Shores (Haileybury). It took time to put it on and now will take time to take it off. But... with patience and learning a whole new way of eating and being more physical it will come off. You are that right place!! With friends in the same predicament for support you can do it. It's a good start.

Here we go! Mission accomplished! In total with the challenge exercises done, I burned 330 calories.

Oh Wow! I have finished the challenge exercises and more.... I found the one leg squat the hardest. But I burned 397 calories.

Hey Lynn, Just to let you know.... as far as the physical challenges, I have no problem and maybe could even be a little more longer or challenging. You are doing a great job to keep us posted. The only problem I have is drinking that much water. I was always told that 64 ounces per day was plenty. But if we need to do it…

Good work team!! And Lynn.... I have done the challenge exercises and the water. I guess when you are cleaning and dragging your water glass with you, it ends up you drink it without even realizing it. Okay Lynn.... the exercises are all done and I am about 24 ounces away in the water. :) Jenn that is great that you are that commited. You are doing great at this. I also have a hard time drinking this much water eventhough I do drink a lot through the day.

Welcome to the sight! I find it works well for me because I do need motivation and also by keeping track of everything I eat, I am more aware of the calories I take in and portion sizes. I hope it works well for you also. If you want to add me to your list of friend, I will do my best to help.
