I was 115 lbs when I graduated from HS. I'm currently 172-ish lbs. Yikes!

Everyday after lunch I have a Ghirardelli Twilight (72%) square. That usually keeps my cravings down. If AF is visiting, I have some Dove dark chocolate covered cranberries. I bought a big bag of those at Sam's Club the other day. Just a couple of those satisfies my additional cravings. :)

How was Advocare? I'm scared to try it since I can't seem to find anywhere saying that it is a safe product, approved by the FDA, or whatever. Just curious :)

Five pounds is definitely not pathetic. I've been doing this since June 9th and I've lost seven pounds. I would have loved to loose 5 lbs in a month's time. Don't be so hard on yourself. cheer up! :)

Usually for breakfast I'll have some Cherrios and some almond milk. Lunch is usually a Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones because my hectic life won't allow for me to have the time to make my lunch. Dinner is usually fish or chicken with steamed veggies. During the day I snack mostly on fresh fruit, string cheese, or yogurt.

If it is still sealed, donate it to the needy. Find a local church or soup kitchen and they can use it to feed the less fortunate. :)

I usually like to add in my favorites so I can budget the rest of my meals around my favorite one. :)

I really enjoyed the Premium Chicken McWrap with grilled chicken and sweet chili sauce. Give it a try. Something else to try is letting yourself eat fast food but stay away from fried foods completely. :smile:
