congratulations!

My choice in life now is to find people that i admire and want to emulate and get rid of people who I wouldn't.

I had a friendship that was draining. She wanted "the best" for me, yet was hurtful and jealous of everything. When I was actually successful at weight loss, she actually made some crazy comments.. She wasn't even overweight! I have friends now that would never do that.

My goal is to lose most of this weight and try to get pregnant and have another child. I plan on having the gastric, with the newer procedure vs. the roux en y. My friend it done March 2011, and is down over 150 pounds. She looks amazing, followed all the Doctor's advice and exercises a lot.

I agree. I can only have berries. Bananas were tooo much for me to lose, even though my calories were low. High protein, low GI carbs. I couldn't process met. made me sick

How do you know that she isn't just starting out? Maybe she's never really had a trainer or anyone show her how to do anything other than what she was doing? She was thin, but she could have been coming back from an injury? I know what you mean, but there could be a reason why.

Very different. I think the issue is that it looks like you've lost over your entire body, and not just in some areas.. I tend to lose face down..

I have PCOS, and the big thing is processed foods, excess carbs and sugar. Even artificial sugars.

Really? Why? We are pretty much a paleo family.

They are talking like, breads, pastas, off the shelf foods. Unprocessed foods: meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, healthy oils.
