At my gym we have an arm bike.. That may be an option (instead of using feet, you use your arms). Look into whole 30 and paleo.. changed my life.. SO worth it for me. My box is like part of my family, we've become friends and my coaches are amazing. The cost keeps me motivated to go. I'm getting SO much stronger. It always changes, so its always something different. I love it.

Not true. She could be eating way too many carbs, too much fruit/sugar, etc. I did Weightwatchers, counted calories, and was exercising and not losing. I can't even have a banana, too much sugar. OP, can you give us an example of an average day?

I had this happen to me! That I was obsessed.. Um, I had lost 30 pounds out of 150 that I needed to LOSE. I HAVE to be obsessed.. the weight isn't going to drop itself!

It estimates very high.. doesn't take in account your actual exertion or your heart rate.

I weight 270 pounds. There is NO way you burned 74 calories in 5 minutes, or 251 calories in 15 minutes in the pool. I generally burn about 350 for an hour of swimming vigorously. I'd half all of those calories.

I would eat half of that. You can go over in protein.. I set mine for much more.

How about make a deal with yourself.. you can get the burger 1 time a week, if you burn off the calories before? We love five guys, and now I do a little cheeseburger instead of the double on the regular, cause it saves about 350-400 calories.

Usually: Romaine Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives, red peppers. I usually use balsamic and olive oil, but you can use lemon, a little greek yogurt, garlic and Olive oil and blend it for a nice dressing.
