Can you tell me more about the metabolism thing? My workout buddy and I do the same workout, same intensity, I am 275 and she is 155 and she burns twice as much calories as I do.. My heart rate stays at 140 where hers will be 160..

Don't let people pressure you.. There is always adoption or surrogacy.

There are things that I had to cut out except very occasionally, like bananas, pineapple, etc.. any high glycemic fruits. Some people do have hormone issues (PCOS) and have to watch sugar intake.. otherwise, I do not lose.

I totally agree with you.. If I eat anything with whole grains, excess carbs, processed foods, sugar.. it causes intense cravings. I think about the next "dose" of sugar or junk food, until I can get it again. I personally strive to follow a 90% paleo diet.. but sometimes I fail.. I've found that a carb level of 75-120 gms…

Before we were married, he gave me roughly 1/2 of his share of the bills, which included food. I adjusted his according (I made 2 times as much).. so its always been fair.

I found that eating around 60-80 is ideal for me.. You might have to tweak.. Look up Paleo.

You look like 26ish in the first pic, and 18 in the second. Nice!

You can also make like chicken soup and freeze it! A big pot of chicken soup might cost me 15 dollars (get the cut up whole chicken, or a small roaster or those tiny chickens, lots of veggies!) but you could also freeze it in single serve containers.

Me too!! I live on the East Coast, and pay out of the nose for fresh veggies/fruit!

wow.. 50 bucks a month... Um.. dried beans, cheap eggs (I think WAlmart, you can get like 2 dz for 2.50 or something).. bulk chicken thighs and drums (not if you are veggie, I guess). WE used to cook a pack of ramen like the instructions, drain just about all the juice out and crack an egg in and stirfry.. a little sesame…

Right now my favorite breakfast is 2-3 soft boiled eggs.

I have to stay away from sugar and wheat. Any little bit, and I start craving it and its a totally downward spiral. I'd start by cutting breads/pastas/sodas/sweets and see how you feel after a week.

I've known a few ladies who were thin and their men cheated on them with bigger women too. I guess there are a lot of different things that can happen. I know my husband likes bigger women, so I do worry about how he will feel when I get smaller, but so far, its been a positive response.

I usually hit about 250 calories.. and I'm fairly active and 275. I would say 200 cals is more likely to be correct.

I eat 3 in the morning, and that is 12 grams..
