YUM! I grew up vegetarian and didn't have my first taste of bacon until my 20's, but it was love at first taste. My two favorite smells are bacon cooking and two-stroke smoke.

I also do way better with more protein and less carbs than the default setting. You can customize your goals. I have mine set at 35% protein 35% carbs and 30% fat.

All of your reasons not to sound more like reasons you should. I have an employee that is 67 years old and overweight that just started lifting. And she loves it and has seen a huge improvement in how she feels.

I can't buy a 20 lbs lighter sled this year so I need to be a twenty lbs lighter rider!. Oh and I want to be smokin hot naked.

You won't be sorry! Lifting will give you the best results for time spent. Just pay attention to your measurements and how you look and feel and not the scale.
