My best piece of advice is to eat in the dining room (instead of the buffets) for your meals. The food is much better and the portions are small. The buffet is a mine field, in my opinion. Also, use the stairs instead of taking the elevator, and make sure you hit the gym or at least use the walking track around the top of…
