http://chriskresser.com/harmful-or-harmless-carrageenan Nobody's talking about this harmful additive. It's got similar affect as the artificial sweeteners that aren't digestable. Guys, it's not ONLY the fiber, it's the harmful additives companies are hiding in marketed "healthy" foods.
