I've recently started doing parkrun every Saturday. It's a walk, run or jog 5k every week. I've managed to go from 46 min to 39 min in about a month. No pressure to run/walk, you can do it at your own pace!

I am a teacher and my first 2 years I felt like I was ill all the time too. After my first 18 months I was hardly ever off. I was off 4 times in 18 months and then I've been off twice in the 3 years since.

I put my name down to do classes on a mon, wed and fri, I enjoy the classes more than actually going into the gym, see if there are any classes you fancy? A few weeks ago when I didn't fancy going to the gym I set a day to go swimming instead :-)

Ok so had a good day yesterday, did a 4 mile walk with the dog, rode the horse then did a gym class so was on quite a high last night.
