I follow pretty closely, though I sometimes switch day 6 and 7. If I'm feeling energetic, I also add in workouts on the days off (recently, have added in TurboJam, TurboFire HIIT 15 and TurboFire Fire 45), and I'm doing Couch to 5k at the same time. I'm a little crusty because I'll be away tomorrow, so I'm going to miss…

My favourite thing to do is a really easy beef-chickpea curry. When I get home, I throw it in a pan to reduce the sauce, and then serve it on whole grain pita/naan with a cilantro-garlic yogourt drizzle. It's SO delicious and takes no time at all. Recipe here:…

I have a scale that purports to measure body fat. I know it's definitely not the most accurate method, but it's consistent and accessible, so I'm sticking with it for now. :)

You should try picking up a healthy cooking magazine! My all-time fave is Clean Eating Magazine - you can see some of their recipes on their website too (www.cleaneatingmag.com). I've had a subscription to CE for a few years now and I just love it; they have really creative food ideas, and use lots of things you might not…

I've been using the Run5k App by FeltTip (on my iphone 3gs, which is running an old OS). I'm very happy with it. The cues are good, it integrates with my own playlist and so far the progression has been manageable. It's $3.99 and well worth it. I also like that it provides cues for halfway and one minute left.

I was going to suggest this as well. Her stuff is fabulous. As a favourite vegan dinner, I like brown rice and red lentil dal. So good!

That sounds delicious! I'd be tempted to grill the mushrooms though.

You have to be careful with pre-prepared tzatziki! Not all brands are created equal. The good ones are made with greek yogourt, but there are some that use a mayonnaise/oil base and they are super high calorie. It's really easy to make your own --> 1 cup greek yogourt, 1 cup peeled, seeded and finely chopped cucumber, 3-4…

Green goddess dip is simple and delicious and guilt-free There's no real set recipe, but any variation of this will work: 1 cup fat-free greek yogourt (other yogourt will work, but greek is thicker and higher in protein) 1 cup mixed herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, basil, etc.) 1 clove garlic pinch salt and pepper Combine…

I love wedges as well, but I think my all-time favourite (and a great vegetarian, high-fibre recipe) is sweet potato-black bean burritos. Basically, it's cooked mashed sweet potatoes with chipotle and cilantro, mixed with a spiced black bean mixture. Cheese is optional, but I like serving it with a combination of tomatillo…

This one is good. It's pretty high calorie because of the oil, but you really do need this ratio for proper balance. Because the dressing is on the thicker side, sometimes I water it down a little bit (yes, with water) and that will make the calories a touch lower. But I"ll just use a bit less rather than have a crappy…

That's awesome! Bringing the willpower back in check after you've let it down can be a HUGE challenge - good for you!

I work in public relations. :)

I loooooooooooove my wine. So I've just decided that I'm going to limit it to weekends (Friday and Saturday). I will make the odd exception, if we're having a meal that I just know will match really well with a given wine, or if there is a special occasion, but as a rule, I try to limit drinking to 2 days/week. The first…

A red lentil is a pulse - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lentil It's a type of legume, which means it's really high in fibre, and high in protein as well. It's REALLY healthy, and the red variety is the quickest cooking. You can find them with the dried beans in almost any grocery store.

That sounds fab! Another (potentially) vegan taco you might like is made with lentils - I'm not at all vegan, but these are super fab. http://definitelynotmartha.blogspot.ca/2011/05/something-seriously-good-for-meatless.html (my version has cheese and chipotle sour cream, but you could easily make a chipotle crema with…

I like to make a big egg bake (eggs, spinach, bit of feta, chopped up red peppers) and bring pieces of that. Or make mini crustless quiches and bring those. So easy!

I'm 5'4 and a pear shape. I currently weigh 152 and easily fit in most size 10s. That said, since I'm only 3 months post-partum, I'm hanging on to a good amount of weight in my mid-section. If the weight were distributed more to the rest of my body, I'd probably fit into a size 8 in a few brands. When I weigh 130, I'm a…

I should add that I've been adding onto CLX too - I started Couch to 5k when I started PUSH phase, and I've also been adding in the odd turbojam/pilates DVD on the non-lifting days. Listen to your body and do what fits with your lifestyle!

I loooooooooove CLX! I haven't started Turbo Fire yet (finishing CLX first and lurking here in the meantime), but I'm currently in the first week of LEAN phase and I just love it. If you think you need more weights, you probably do! I have 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30, and I wish I also had 18s (for my biceps because 20 is…

I can't really join you, as I've already been doing CLX for a while, but just want to say that you are going to love it! I'm on day 3 of lean circuit. Love it!

This recipe is technically oven-roasted, but the sauce is just delicious and would be great on steamed fish as well (though I also recommend the baked version) - http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Oven-Roasted-Sea-Bass-with-Ginger-and-Lime-Sauce-5919 Ginger + lime + shallots = heaven!

I'm on day 3 of Lean Phase, and I've started adding on since I started Push phase. Right now, I'm also doing a Couch to 5k running program (30 minutes of walk/run, 3 x week). On the rest days, if I'm not too busy or sore, I'll add an extra workout - so far, I've done a couple of sessions of Turbo Jam Cardio Party, and just…
