  • Wow just tried it for the first time this morning, my step daughter picked it up yesterday. I had it on some toast and it tasted like peanut butter/ nutella toast. I can't wait to try new yummy recipes with it.
  • I like to use a baked potato as the base and whatever else I can find in the fridge. Last night it was sauteed baby bella mushrooms, and some plain greek yogurt on top. It was so yummy
  • I have recently started doing yoga and pilates. I love it because it is low impact and doesn't hurt the knees. I have already noticed inches lost. I look forward to my workouts on Mon and Thur back to back for 2 hours.
  • I used to drink wine pretty much every day, I have stopped doing that during the week and allowing myself to indulge on the weekends, I just started MFP last week, so I am anxious to see how it all works out. I did have a vodka drink last night but just added the calories to my daily allowed.
