Sorry I don't know but commenting as I'd like to know, I love seaweed! As for boiled eggs, I doubt they are negative cals but I could be wrong, most neg cal foods are crunchy and only neg when uncooked I think

As you lose weight you will also lose lean mass unless your doing serious muscle work as far as I'm aware so when u get to 179 you won't be at 20% bf. I'm not an expert so could be wrong tho just trying to be helpful :-) eitherway you could find you don't need to drop to 150

I'm pathetic when I'm ill, so I get a cold n feel really sorry for myself n eat then don't go back to being good after. I can however say I have survived my first mfp cold without quiting.

I LOVE cereal milk! But yeah I'd deduct them cals if I was you
-
short answer yes, thats how many cals you n eed for fuel on a normal no exercise day, so when you exercise you need fuel for them as well ^_^

Mine consistently matches my scales and gym scales even though its on carpet (though it isnt fluffy)

lmao! I didn't get any "treatment effects", but then I don't eat high fat, still when I did have an uber greasy pizza one day I stayed effect free, so I guess they don't work on me. Either way I stopped after a few weeks as there wasn't any change

I like the sound of that, I may have to go shopping. It still sound like a lot of cals but maybe its right, I guess the only way to know is to try a hrm

I work in the cinema so if I ate when watchin films I'd be huge, part of my job is to check the film before showing to public so I've done 3 in 24hrs not to mention goin with friends this week. We allow food to be *snook* in as long as people don't take the mick, I hope you take ur rubbish away though as I hate picking up…

Just did day 3 today, just wandering if anyone has noticied a difference yet? I'm finding somethings slightly easier but hating the side lunge things with the weights!

I usually have a small breakfast and lunch and go for an extra walk so I can build up my calorie allowance, then order what I want and try to stay within maintenance allowance. If this is a life style change you deserve a treat

I started it today, hated it while doing it, tried my hardest but 2hrs later I'm not feeling sore so that's hopefully a good sign (and yes I put the effort in, I just seem to have recovered quickly thankfully)

A few family members have done it in the past with varying sucess but they've never stuck with it and they regained (but that was due to poor eating habits) its always worth giving it a go. For the non english, slimming world is like weightwatchers and if I remember correctly they did red days and green days. (meat and veg…

Your net should say 1370. technically you can eat as many cals as you want, as long as you do enough exercise to make sure the net stays at 1370

Yes they use matcha, you can buy it for baking at home in japanese markets but the good quality stuff is ridiculously expensive
-
It could be that your dropping fat and gaining muscle which us a good thing. A lb of fat is larger then a lb of muscle which would explain the sale staying the same but the measurements going down so just keep up the good work. plus the extra muscle will help you burn more calories so you should get a drop on the scale in…

Love japanese, stay away from katsu and katsu curry, uber tasty, but filled with calories. Also avoid tomago, yet another fav of mine, but has lots of sugar in it. Stick with sushi, rice dishes and go for fruit or mochi for dessert. Mochi can be high cal but the portion is usually really small and really filling
