SW: 103 CW: 102.2 Next week GW: 101.8 It's almost a pound, but I think a good amount is water weight. Still, it's progress!

Hi, I'm 23 and 5'0 CW: 103 GW: 100 UGW: 95 (healthy BMI)

I also had a not so great week, but this group has kept me motivated. I was CRAZY hungry for no reason at all, like hungry after eating almost immediately, and its been that way for two weeks, which caused me to overeat a lot, even if it was just healthy stuff. But today my appetite is finally back to normal. So ready for…

Hi I'm Bianca, MFP has been awesome for me, but I hit a rough patch, gaining back everything I lost, and haven't been able to recover. I want to get back on track, and this seems like a perfect opportunity. I'm really short (5'0") so not only do I put on weight easier and have a lower daily caloric maintenance level, I…

Excuse my french, but that's bull****. I'm 5'0, I know the BMI charts, and I'm not underweight until I get to under 95, and even BMI charts are only indicators of health, skewed towards taller individuals and not accurately reflecting the weight needs of shorter people. Where on earth did you find those numbers?
-
Hi, I'm 5'0 and also extremely small boned. My ultimate goal is 95 lbs. My lowest weight recently was 98 but I'm back up to 101 at the moment.

1. After a couple of months of working out consistently, I led a group of women (beginner level) who live nearby in an exercise "class" following level 1 of the 30 Day shred. I'm so glad I can help others start to get stronger! 2, While I showed them modified versions of moves like for push-ups, I was able to do full-form…

You're weight doesn't much matter, but whether insanity is for you depends on the strength of your joints and overall cardiovascular health. Definitely consult with your doctor about starting a program like this. If your doctor approves, then just take insanity slow. You build strength with time, and may not endure all the…
-
I'm currently doing insanity too! I'm 23 and hope I'll get stronger. This isn't my first time trying insanity, but I've never stuck it out for more than two weeks. Motivation and support would be awesome!

Bump! I'm 5'0" , 23 y.o. SW: 102: Cw: 100 GW: 95 I am unfortunately not blessed with many curves so any extra weight sits around my stomach. If you ahve similar goals or just want to motivate each other, feel free to add me!
-
I'm 5'0 too. CW 100.6 lbs, but my goals are a bit lower, 95. I've got a tiny bone structure and still seen to pack it around the stomach :/

Cool! I could use some accountability! Note: I am short so my numbers will look low to the average taller person, no worries well within my healthy BMI range. It also means it takes me about two weeks to lose a pound -.- SW: 100.6 GW: 98 Personal: Work out a clean eating routine, and maybe get my head around meal planning!

I can see everyone's being really helpful. Food intolerance is a good idea. Also, fiber and water intake. Are you constipated? (legitimate question) because that adds weight on too. Drinking enough water is important. Like others say, you may be eating too little, but definitely use BMR calculators to determine that. You…

Hi! This is a great idea! 23, 5'0" SW: 102 CW: 99 GW: 95 Calorie intake: Usually 1200-1500 (1500 is my caloric limit) Excercise: Right now I'm doing Insanity, although I love workouts by fitnessblender.com (also on youtube) and Julian Michaels videos, free on youtube. So mainly cardio with resistance built in. I'm…

Bump bump! I'm 23, 5'0, and the heaviest I ever was was about 115-117 in high school, which doesn't seem like a lot but with a small frame like mine it was awful, and I had low self esteem to begin with. During and after college I vacillated between 107-102. The changing of my weight really effects my mood and self esteem,…

quote] Seriously?!! She looks great! Keep up the work girl! [/quote] I agree. you're 5'2", she's not quite 5. You wouldn't think 2 inches make that much of a difference, but it truly does. I'm 5'0 and for me, 105 would be too high for my body type and frame, nevermind 125 . She looks strong and healthy, which is awesome!

So glad there's a thread like this! I'm 5'0 and have none of the luck. I have no backside or hips and only a small chest so all excess weight goes to my stomach. *sigh* Being short is a challenge, and so is looking your best. I'm small framed, and currently 102lbs. I'm still pudgy though! It's so frustrating! My goal…

Good conversations! I'm 5'0", and the heaviest I ever was was about 115 lbs growing up. I have a small frame, so extra weight really doesn't sit well on me, as it all goes to my stomach. i'm aware that being apple shaped has increased risk of heart disease. Currently I'm at 102, but I'm still not satisfied as even with…

Hi Shorties! Wow it's so hard to meet other people on the more extreme end of the shortie scale. I'm 5-0 and frustrated cuz I'm 102 pounds. I;ve set my minimum limit at 95 lbs (that's within the range of healthy) but want the best body I can achieve. That doesn't mean just weight loss, it means strength training too. If…

I'm 23, 5'0, around 102lbs and my goal weight is 95-97lbs. I'm newly married and want the best body I can while I'm young and strong (oh wait, I also want to be strong.) Nice to meet y'all! If there's anyone out there like me, give me a message!

I know what you mean. I'm 5'0 and it seems like it's rare to find another woman around my weight trying for the same goals!
