I experienced the same thing! I modified the exercise for my own comfort and rather than balancing on the weights, I would stay on my hands and use the weight for a row, lean on it for the leg lift and then take my hand off. It slowed me down a little but definitely helped my sore hands.

I'm nearing the end of Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred and I always incorporate rest days. My schedule has been: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday-30 Day Shred, Thursday-rest day from Shred but working on a nice jog/walk combo, Friday & Saturday-30 Day Shred, Sunday-rest day and some walking/jogging or pilates.

I have been roasting large pans of various veggies with just a bit of olive oil and seasonings and adding them to salad. It's a nice change from the typical salad inredients. I've been using organic salsa in place of salad dressing. It's pretty low cal and gives the taste of a taco salad. I spent a long time in the grocery store reading labels until I found one that wasn't too high in sodium but it was worth the extra time!
