Congrats! That is an awesome accomplishment and a great time. I'm still plodding along slowly doing some 5k runs but I'm hoping to increase both my distance and then my speed. Great job!

I had the opportunity to go to the spa at TI (Treasure Island) the last time I was in Vegas and it was AMAZING. It is on the pricey side but the experience was really worth it.

This week I'm going to "strive for five" and get five servings of fruit/veggies daily. I also want to increase my dairy intake. I come from a family known for osetoporosis so lots of calcium is important for me. Have a great and delicious week everyone!

I had a great workout today! I am on week 7 day 2 of couch to 5k so it was a 25 minute run. I started really slowly (and uphill, ugh!) but after a few minutes I found my stride and the running not only seemed easy but enjoyable.
