  • If you mix your diet soda with hard booze, it completely negates the harmful effects of artificial sweetener. I do it all the time and the only bad thing so far is a couple DUIs.
  • Im doing Keto, but we are already MFP friends. i check out http://www.reddit.com/r/keto daily. There is always motivational posts and tips for fellow ketoers. Its an open forum so there are a lot of opinions and fact checking. So far its been the greatest source of information for my journey. GLHF
  • Macros are my focus for this diet. I've been trying to maintain a 65/30/5. Eating out makes this hard, I usually end up using dinner time as a "Fix" to get my ratios in check for the day. Keep calm and Keto on. :D
  • <5% of my intake is carbs. I range from 15g-25g a day. Having such a low ceiling for carbs makes it really easy to deny food when offered or attending social feedings.
