  • water 7 cups... not so sure what went wrong with this one. Had to work a 12 hr today.....shift so no exercise for me today. Was way under calories by like 550.... I am not that far under usually, but I figure every once and a while won't hurt me. Tomorrow I will have to do better!!!
  • I am 5' 1" and have a goal of 140. My healthy BMI max is 130. It says 110 is about the middle of healthy, but I weighed 130 when I got married and I was very happy with my weight.
