I didn't say life was about eating more. I simply asked if I needed to compensate for the extra walking. I already eat below what I should. Plus I will be doing 30DS every morning of vacation.

I have been really good lately though about what I am eating and exercising everyday, and I don't want to fall into old habits.

I am 165 and I want to be at or below 120. I am 5'6". After I had my second daughter, I went back down to 100lbs and was very happy with that. SInce having my son, I just can't get rid of any weight. I am 33.

There was no cheese on the sandwich but I couldn't find that option. Just plain. It was a whole wheat junior bun and a slice of ham.

Nope, no noodles. Not a big fan of spaghetti noodles. I like pasta once in awhile but not all the time. I actually prefer the sauce on top of the cheese toast better.

I want to lose 45lbs. Ugh! I just hate to even type that number. I hate seeing all these cute summer clothes and realize I can't wear them.

I am just wanting to get down to pre-baby weight. I nursed my son for a year and thought the weight would somewhat come off but that didn't happen. Ideally I would like to be down to where I was before having kids but that isn't realistic.

I am trying to eat as clean as possible. No white flour or anything like that. We have always used whole wheat bread or whole wheat pasta and brown rice. I completely cut out pop and sugary drinks. I honestly didn't eat that much at the wedding. They didn't really have anything I was super found of and I don't like cake at all. When we eat it's always the same places and I get usually the same thing each time.

I just started a week ago, so I know it hasn't been long. The only days I didn't log were Saturday and Sunday. We had a wedding and went out to eat twice on Sunday. My current weight is 165 and I want to be down to 120. I really want to lose about 2-3lbs a week.
