I'll be 47 in a few weeks. My goal was to lose 50 pounds but I stalled at 40 two years ago. Since then I have gained 10. I have been struggling to get that 10 and the 10 I never lost off. It is tough at 40+. I'd be happy to be friends with any of you. Add me!

I am still hanging in there. I am almost done with week 3. I can not do Surrenders on the right side!!! My legs scream and cry when I do those.

I had a good workout today. It was Cardio 1. I am still terrible at Running man. I would rather do Suicides any day! I am hoping I do a better job with Workout 3 tomorrow.

I have not noticed any changes yet but I did not watch my diet at all weeks 1 and 2. I am back on the wagon and am hoping for some good results. I liked workout 4. They jury is still out on workout 3. I am behind one cardio 1. I am hoping to squeeze it in this weekend.

I did Workout 3 for the first time today. It is WAY harder than 1 and 2!! I missed my cardio last night so I am going to do it tonight.

I started on November 17. I have done Workout 1, Workout 2, and Cardio 1. I am super uncoordinated so I have a hard time with Running Man.

I started on November 10. I made it 4 days and life got in the way so I am starting over tomorrow. I will essentially do 3 weeks of workouts 1 and 2. My schedule has finally cleared up so maybe I will be back on track this time.
