I am a 46 year old teacher who loves exercise videos. When I talk about them with my friends they look at me like I have 2 heads. I lost over 40 pounds eating right and exercising at home. So far in 2013 I have gained about 10 pounds. I need to get it off before it turns into 20 or worse.
