Jillian is so awesome! I did the 30 day shred in February and I'm not doing the 30 day slimdown that uses three of her videos. Go for it! I was terrified to move to level 2 Shred but once I did I realized that level one had prepared me and that I could do it. It wasn't super easy but what of Jillian's is? ;)

I was still modifying the moves when I switched up levels. On day 8, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to do the next level but I found that I was able to transition nicely from level to level. By the end of the 30 days I was surprised at how much more I could do than I could when I started the program.

I bought No More Trouble Zones and the Metabolism Boost today. I'm going to begin the 30 day slimdown plan when I finish up with Level 3. I'm excited to try some of her other videos. Anyone else going to try that plan as well?
