I did 2.5 miles today with my littlest one in the jogger stroller. It had been a couple days since I got out and it felt awesome!

Please add me. I could use a bit more motivation and support. :)

I did another 1.9 miles today

Slow day as I tried to run while also having my 4 year old practice riding his bike....only 1.25 miles but that's a little bit closer to my end goal at least. :)

I did Week 1 Day 3 of my Zombies, Run! 5K app.....I logged another 2.2 miles. :)

2.25 miles today :)

I have a weakness for crab rangoons as well. I'll definitely have to try this one!

This will be good to help me keep up and stay on track with my running. I've been using Zombies, Run and just started their 5k trainer. I did about 20 miles last month. I think I'm going to try to shoot for 30 miles this month. :)

I'm starting zombie run 5k today but I have just finished Season 1 of Zombie, Run. I use a HRM when I workout so I created my own exercise heading under cardio and then put in the calorie burn according to my HRM.

A program that you might find helpful for fitting exercise in is Ten Minute Trainer. It's a series of routines and each one is only ten minutes long. You wouldn't think that you could do much in that time, but Tony Horton really gets you working and makes the most out of a short period. I have to agree with some of the…

The first few days are the worst but believe me, if you keep at it, it does get better. :)

I love JM 30DS! I've done it several times and have been doing it again rather sporadically. Maybe this thread will help get me back on track and do it every day. I saw great results the other two times I did it. :)

There are many apps out there for your phone that use body weight training as well. I just started using Gorilla Workout. I'm only on day 3 but so far I've liked it. I go to Nerd Fitness as well and have found a lot of great information.

I breathe 3 steps in and 2 steps out. I recently read an article about rhythmic breathing and found that it has really helped improve my stamina. I'm still a relatively new runner and switch between running and walking but I've found that I can go further when I maintain a pattern with my breathing.

To get a zombie chase you have to be moving between 3.5 km/h and 18 km/h. Then it will calculate your average speed for the prior 30 seconds and you need to go 20% faster for the next minute.

I was a vegetarian YEARS ago back on high school and am now also working on transitioning to veganism. I've gone plant-strong for several months now and I'm now working on weaning myself off of cheese and eggs. I'd love to make some like-minded friends as well.

30DS is an awesome program! I won't lie....it is tough, but if you stick with it you will love the results. I've used it two different times. Once before a pregnancy and then afterwards. I lost 25 pounds before and then 30 pounds each time. I think the biggest difference most people see is in inches and I know my stamina…

I logged it as circuit training, general before I got my HRM. Then I made a entry for it named 30DS. I can't say how much I just love this program. I did it prior to getting pregnant and just finished another month to start losing the baby weight I put on. I burn on average about 250-300 calories per session. I think that…

I second this. I've done 30 Day Shred and I've recently added No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Although I'm far from my goal I'm very pleased with the results so far. Jillian uses circuit training so it keeps your heart pumping to burn calories and fat but also incorporates strength and core…

I have to agree that 30 Day Shred is a great program. Jillian keeps your heart pumping through out the workout to burn calories and fat and also has a well rounded ab routine that hits your abs from all directions. I also think that eating the right foods is crucial as well to get those well defined abs we all want.

I love 30 Day Shred also. It's a tough workout but easy to fit into the day and well worth the effort. My 3 year old likes to use his blocks as "weights" and try to do some of the exercises with me. In lieu of that, while doing another JM DVD he has taken to being JM himself and tap my abs while doing the floor work or…

This will be great now that the school year is about to start. I'm going to need some quick go-to meals for those early morning rushes out the door.

I just finished doing 30DS in July. This was the first time I really got into a routine of exercising again after a rather tough pregnancy so I followed most of the modified moves. I'm now doing it again along with two of JMs other DVDs and have found that I can stay with the more advanced moves for most exercises. 30DS is…

Bravo to you for wanting an honest opinion and being ready for it! I know exactly how you feel because I've done the same thing. I tend to look in the mirror and think I look pretty good...but than see a picture and realize how overweight I am. :grumble: I've now began taking regular pictures as well as measurements so I…

Merry meet, Candice! I have been down that road myself only it took me a lot longer to find myself here...lol. This is an awesome site and has been a big part of my path to fitness.
