Zombies Run, 2

OK...downloaded this app to my phone. Loaded the first mission and took off running at the park. My helicopter crashed and I was running to something (a water tower, maybe). The timer was going, but the distance run wasn't changing. The GPS is enabled on the phone. What am I doing wrong? I don't think I got caught by a zombie before I took a step, but I could be wrong. If so it was awfully quiet. LOL!

THANKS!

This is a good group to ask your Zombies, Run! questions in:

I don't believe there's a zombie chase in the very first mission, all of the "Run! Run!" stuff is just part of the storyline!

Thanks! I am sure somewhere there will have the answer. I guess I wasn't actually running from Zombies in the first one, but even though I was moving for the 17 minutes or so that the clock on the app was ticking, it didn't credit me with any distance.

To get a zombie chase you have to be moving between 3.5 km/h and 18 km/h. Then it will calculate your average speed for the prior 30 seconds and you need to go 20% faster for the next minute.

I downloaded it today too and have come to the realization that I would be eaten by the infected masses.
