  • Just finished D8. I was so excited today that I was doing more stuff with Natalie...I'd say maybe half the time. Big improvement from the first day when I thought I would die before I finished...lol.
  • Just finished D7 on Level 1. Part of it are still a bit of a struggle but it's definitely getting better. :)
  • Sounds delicious and an excellent solution to my problem I've been having lately with trying to find some quick and healthy breakfasts. I wonder how it would hold up to being divided into portions and then freezing them? Then it would just be a matter of getting a portion and heating it up in the morning.

  • Just by looking at the comparison of calories between rice and couscous, it looks like couscous would be the better option if all the other ingredients were the same.

  • The push-ups have been the hardest for me but then my upper body has always been my weakest part. So far I have done all of them on my knees and simply do as many as I can during the 30 seconds. At the moment, I'm doing mine every other day and I have contemplated using another cardio in between days to give my muscles…
  • Hi, my name is Susie. I just joined myfitnesspal and was so excited to see this group. I just started the 30 Day Shred and I'm on Day 3. The first day was brutal but I already feel like my stamina is improving. I'll take measurements later today and add them on. :)
