  • True that. Maybe they mean those "Zero Calorie Sugar Packets". One thing they should realize is that a lot of things that are "zero calorie" can actually be 1-4 calories a serving, the USDA allows this to be counted as 0 though (if it's under 5). Everything adds up :)
