Hum I use splenda in my coffee but I drink some diet sodas that have the aspartame in them! I would hope it wouldnt but then again I am not doing really low carbs like some plans!!

Is fine in moderation!! I like tacos from tacos bell and they are only 170 cals and chicken nuggets happy meal from micky D's is a great choice with apples slices and a diet coke to keep the cals low!! Beware of dipping sauces and go easy!!

I have my decafe coffee in the morning and maybe one can of diet soda with either lunch or supper and water after that all day long!! Almond milk with my protein powder! the unsweetened vanilla has only 30 cals a cup and is really good just add some splenda to taste and I sometimes will add fresh grated nutmeg or the sugar…
