  • I went through the same thing and I found that doing lots and I mean lots of stretching before and after was the key for me. Good luck and don't stop (it is very hard to restart) I'm finding that something I was really into turned into something I now loath! I'd rather walk 5 miles now than run :ohwell:
  • My favorite easy go to on the run breakfast is 2 plain unsalted rice cakes with Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese. Microwave for 15-30 seconds.......so yummy! Throw in a small piece of fruit and we are good to go!
