I think you need to give yourself a break! Aim for 5 days a week instead of 7 maybe? I'd also recommend cutting back your cardio time a bit to see if that helps, especially if you are combining leg strength training with an hour on the treadmill- that's a lot on your legs in one day! Be sure to do plenty of stretching…
