Remember to go get fitted for proper running shoes. When I failed c25k last year I didn't have the right shoes and couldn't walk by week 5. I thought I just wasn't able to run anymore but turned out it was all about the shoes.

I'm week 5 and have to do the 20 minute run tonight. I'm skeptical I can jump from 8 min. to 20 min. but I'm determined to try. Wish me luck.

Okay this is embarrassing but I feel goofy wiping down the machines as I doubt I have ever dripped a drop of sweat in my life. I get a sheen of sweat but no dripping drops - obviously not working hard enough.

Plz add me. I recently started the cough to 5k app program in attempt to get back into running. It was my workout of choice in college and law school and the only thing that kept my weight in check but after I started my career I stopped and the weight started to creep on. I don't "diet" so I'm eating 1500 - 2000 calories…

Very inspirational! BTW, you look terrific now but you are awfully pretty even in your before picture. Just imagine how amazing your going to look when you reach your goal!
