  • The weekends are your downfall. You should allow yourself one cheat meal per week. That's one meal, not one day or especially not one weekend. You should eat 5 small meals per day to jump start your metabolism. If your body expects to be fed every 3-4 hours it will be more likely to burn fat and not store it
