WOOOOOOOW GUYS! Yes I'm New, I am currently on slimfast 3-2-1 plan seems to be working quite well. I was just asking as a few people recommend them, but i don't want my body to rely on a pill to lose weight i want to do it effectively . i see some reviews on the internet about them so thought i would ask !!!
