I just started Atkins last Monday so I can't offer a whole lot of advice, but make sure you are counting your net carbs, not just the carbs. The net carbs are total carbs minus the fiber. Like yesterday I had 21 g of total carbs but 7 grams of fiber 21-7=14. So I had 14 net carbs for the day. I think on the Atkins website…
